The incident, which happened in December, was filmed by a fellow passenger without her consent and shared online. The video quickly spread, leading to a wave of criticism and public shaming.
Jeniffer said she had chosen her seat ahead of time and simply wanted to keep it. She says she didn’t argue or act out, but felt wrongly judged.
After the incident, her life changed dramatically. She left her job as a bank employee and became a social media influencer, gaining over 2 million followers on Instagram. Now, she’s taking legal action against the airline and the person who filmed her. She hopes this will help stop people from being recorded and exposed online without permission.
Jeniffer says no one should be attacked for simply saying “no” and that everyone’s personal choices and boundaries should be respected.
