A fashion designer has claimed that Sean “Diddy” Combs dangled her over a 17th-story balcony.
Bryana “Bana” Bongolan has sued the disgraced music mogul for $10 million, claiming he also molested her while detailing his allrgrd abuse of his girl-friend Cassie Ventura.
The designer’s lawsuit claims the terrifying alleged near-death experience occurred on September 26, 2016, after one of Combs’ infamous “freak offs”.
The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on November 27, 2024.
The rapper is in prison awaiting a May 2025 trial on charges of racketeering and sex treaficking, which he has repeatedly denied any wrong doing and pleaded not guilty.
Combs had already been denied bail twice with judges citing a risk he might tamper with witnesses.
