Heathrow Airport has recorded its highest annual passenger total, with 81.5 million passengers from June 2023 to May 2024 amidst post-Covid travel boom. The figures show an increase from 71.6 million during the previous year. The West London airport stated it saw double-digit annual percentage growth in passengers on routes connecting UK, Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific region.
